Stronger Seat Belt Law Considered

(Carson City, NV)  —  More testimony is scheduled tomorrow on a stronger seat belt law.  The Senate Transportation Committee is considering a measure that would allow law enforcement officers to stop a driver if someone in the vehicle is not buckled up.  Opponents claim a primary belt enforcement law would not reduce carnage on Nevada roads.
